**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Promotion**:

- Promote AICT’s training courses in software, hardware, networking, digital marketing, IoT, robotics, and more.
- Present course features and career benefits to prospective students and institutions.
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and info sessions to showcase offerings.
- **Lead Generation & Admissions**:

- Generate student leads through campus visits, online platforms, education fairs, and referrals.
- Follow up with inquiries, counsel students/parents, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- **Institutional Tie-ups**:

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and training partners.
- Propose MoUs or collaborations for student training, workshops, and CRT programs.
- Represent AICT in inter-institutional events and exhibitions.
- **Marketing Activities**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, creatives, and social media outreach.
- Distribute promotional materials and manage offline marketing drives.
- Use digital tools to reach target audiences effectively.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.
- Report weekly progress and market insights to department heads.
- Provide feedback on market trends and student demands.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).Postgraduates in Marketing or Education Management will be an added advantage.
- **Experience**:
2 years in sales, marketing, or student counselling (education/training sector preferred).
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of training and placement trends
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle student queries professionally
