**Work location**: Taratala, Kolkata

**Desired Profile**:

- Must be a graduate
- Experience - 0 to 1yrs
- Should be open to working in Shifts
- Must be a Graduate. MBA and Engineers preferred

**Experience**: 0 to 1 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to create/maintain/update loan book and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for overseeing all loan processing and collections.
- Prepare daily activity reports and MIS.
- Ensure effective delivery of SLAs as per the defined standard operating procedures.
- Build a Continuous Improvement Culture
- Play a significant role in long term planning with view to deliver operational excellence to support other functions of the organization
- Lead Lean initiatives and deliver improvement solutions
- Calling Customers and attending inbound calls

**Salary**: As per Industry standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
