Associate Manager – SalesLocation: Kolkata (Work from Office)Work Timings: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM | Weekly Off: Thursday (6-day workweek)Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + Performance-linked incentives (Total CTC up to ₹12 LPA)About House of EdTechAt House of EdTech (Goenka Kachave LLP), we don’t just educate—we empower professionals to transform their careers through world-class workshops and programs in AI Tools, Data Science, Personal Finance, Stock Market, and MS Office.Founded by IIT Kharagpur alumni, we are India’s fastest-growing EdTech company with:- 700+ employees,- 10+ offices across India,- ₹250 Cr+ ARR, and- 5 million+ professionals impacted.We are now looking for Associate Managers – Sales in Kolkata to lead dynamic sales teams and drive exponential growth.Your Role & ImpactAs an Associate Manager – Sales, you will:- Lead & Inspire Teams: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Associates to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.- Own Revenue Growth: Drive end-to-end sales performance across B2C funnels (L1 Workshops → L2 Premium Programs → L3 Ultra-Premium).- Sales Strategy & Execution: Track metrics, optimize conversion ratios, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and revenue.- Customer Success Focus: Ensure every learner gets a consultative, empathetic sales experience aligned with their career goals.- Performance Coaching: Provide real-time feedback, conduct call audits, and groom BDAs for fast-track career growth.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure lead quality, smooth processes, and consistent customer engagement.What We’re Looking For- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.- Experience: 3–6 years in B2C inside sales; prior EdTech exposure is a strong advantage.
