If so, we want to hear from you We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving hotel bookings, maximizing revenue, and strengthening our presence in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calling on the generated leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other industry partners.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached
- Manage and close deals on hotel bookings, including individual stays, group bookings, and events.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client needs effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Revenue Management and Marketing, to achieve overall hotel goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate the hotel's value proposition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹9,311.67 - ₹35,077.60 per month
