Location - Bandra

Experience - 2 + years of experience

**Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information on our jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
- Cross-sell products within the store to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage returns of merchandise and service our loyalty program clients.
- Coordinate with the retail sales representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers to encourage repeat business.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Create sales material to present to customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
- Sell products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with clients and creating a positive sales experience.
- Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
