Urgent opening Sales executive Jewelry firm - Bandra mumbai

Sales represented - (both genders)

1- Exp employee of any branded store only - eg Tanishq, Malabar etc

2 - Minimum 2 years experience in Jewelry Retail.

3 - Preferred married ( optional)

4 - Languages known by him English / Hindi / Gujarati ( optional)

5 - Age group below 35 years

6- Basic Computer Knowledge

Job description
- Job Responsibilities
- Welcome & direct customers
- Provide accurate information on our Jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products within the store
- Ensure display & VM are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Service our Loyalty Program Clients
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients
- Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.

- Lead generation: 5 years (preferred)

- Sales: 5 years (preferred)
