**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Experience**: 2 - 6 Years
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹45,000 per month + **Performance-Based Incentives**
**Location**: Khar West

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate products/services to convert leads into **sales opportunities**.
- Own the **sales pipeline** from initial contact to deal closure.
- Regularly **follow up** with potential clients to nurture and convert leads.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and deals using CRM tools.
- Build and maintain **strong, long-term relationships** with clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed **monthly and quarterly sales targets** and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- 2 - 6 years of proven experience in **inside sales, lead generation, or business development**.
- Strong ability to **identify prospects, convert leads into customers**, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
- Experience with **CRM tools** like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
