Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through research, prospecting, and outreach to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions-based sales pitches to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations and commercial teams.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer based through the leads provided.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyse sales data and the quality of the sales calls to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Mentor and train junior sales team members to help develop their skills and knowledge
**Requirements**:
- 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyse sales data and market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the inside sales in B2B industry, with knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling
- Certification in sales, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
- Experience with sales analytics and data analysis tools, such as Excel or Tableau

Salary : 25000 - 40000
