We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic **Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. This role involves actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the best real estate solutions. You’ll be the face of our brand, building relationships and driving sales with confidence and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls, site visits, and networking.
- Present property options to clients based on their requirements.
- Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure a smooth post-sale process.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, inventory, and competitor activity.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, site updates, and marketing support.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a customer-facing sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sales and helping clients make informed property decisions.
- Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
