**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Department**: Sales & Business Development

**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Executive**:
2. Identify client to showcase products or services.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
4. Negotiate and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Provide detailed product/service information and respond to client inquiries promptly.
6. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
7. Prepare and deliver sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
8. Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
9. Resolve client issues by coordinating with the relevant teams.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**:
- Sales Executive: 1-3 years of sales experience.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Timely follow-up and closure of leads.
- Accuracy in maintaining sales records and documentation.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Effective coordination between teams for seamless sales operations.
Pay: ₹9,875.65 - ₹12,000.00 per month
