Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Sales:
Drive conversions through the company's website and brand activations. Implement and manage influencer campaigns and other marketing efforts to generate leads and sales.

2. Process Adherence:
Report conversions and leads using CRM integration and other tools. Follow up on campaign processes to ensure timely and effective execution.

Manage escalation processes to address and resolve issues promptly. Define and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

3. Customer Relation / Loyalty:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Manage tie-ups with multi-brand outlets to expand the company's reach.

Facilitate B2B tie-ups to grow business opportunities.

4. Distribution Network:
Coordinate and manage the distribution network to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

5. Overall Brand Value and Image:
Enhance brand awareness through social media, PR initiatives, and other channels. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the brand and its offerings.

6. People:
Utilize data-driven approaches to inform marketing and sales strategies. Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure satisfactory resolutions.

Maintain transparency and demonstrate a strong will to achieve company objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
