**Job Description: Jewellery Sales Executive**

**Location**: Mumbai (Bandra west)
**Experience**: 1 - 8 years

**Salary**: 2.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our retail jewellery store. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect jewellery items, promote special offers, and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
- **Sales**: Proactively selling jewellery and related products, including diamonds, gold, and precious stones.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the jewellery range, including product features, prices, and trends in the jewellery industry.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Merchandise Display**: Assist in maintaining attractive displays, ensuring products are well-presented and accessible to customers.
- **Promotions and Offers**: Stay informed about ongoing promotions and special offers, ensuring customers are aware of discounts and events.
- **Upselling and Cross-selling**: Suggest complementary items to increase average transaction value.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery retail sales (up to 15 years of experience welcome).
- **Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of the jewellery industry, including trends, materials, and pricing.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, especially with regard to product knowledge, pricing, and inventory.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Sales Expertise**: Knowledge of luxury sales, including high-end jewellery.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**: Ability to identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.
