**Job Location**: Andheri (East), Mumbai

**Location Type**: On-Site (WFO)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: Up to Rs. 25,000 per month

**Application Deadline**: 1 week from posting date
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee and manage the entire inventory of jewellery items, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- **Documentation Process**: Maintain meticulous documentation of inventory movements.
- **Order Dispatching**: Manage order-wise dispatching and ensure timely deliveries.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the CRM and Sales teams to streamline inventory processes.
- **Stock Handling**: Ensure proper handling and storage of stock items.
- **Tracking System Management**: Utilize inventory tracking systems to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
- **Communication with Production Team**: Coordinate with the production team for sending and receiving customer repairs.
- **Team Collaboration**: Be a team player and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Customer QC**: Handle basic quality control checks for customer orders.

**Requirements**:

- **Aptitudes**: Willingness to learn, hard work, and dedication.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the jewellery manufacturing industry.
