**Job Title: Inventory Executive**

**Location: Nagpur**

**Salary Range: 10,000 - 20,000 INR**

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Proficient in English language (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle vendor and client communications
- Previous experience in inventory management
- Laptop is mandatory

**Responsibilities**:

- **Communication Skills**:

- Effectively communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- **Payment Handling**:

- Manage vendor and client payments efficiently.
- Ensure timely processing and documentation of payments.
- **Supply Chain Knowledge**:

- Possess knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Understand and contribute to the optimization of warehouse operations.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Execute and oversee inventory control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- **Team Handling**:

- Demonstrate leadership skills in team management and team building.
- Supervise and guide the assembling team in the store.
- **Maintenance Records**:

- Keep detailed records of equipment and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately enter data related to inventory and supply chain processes.
- Generate reports as required by the management.
- **Working Hours**:

- 8 hours per day, with flexibility based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain management.

**Additional Skills**:

- Proficient in Tally like Inventory Management,Stock Tracking,Stock Reconciliation,Batch and Expiry Tracking,Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Goods Issue Note (GIN),Inventory Valuation,Inventory Valuation,ABC Analysis.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹14,999.00 - ₹19,999.00 per month

**Experience**:
