**Job Opening Alert** **We are looking for "Inventory Executive"** **Positions: 2** **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Examining the levels of supplies, raw materials and finished products - Preparing detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments - Designing and implementing inventory tracking system to record inventory flow - Documenting daily inventory movements and shipments to update inventory system - Analyzing daily products and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages - Proposing strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of inventory management - Defining inventory KPIs and tracking them regularly - Evaluating new inventory and ensuring it is ready to ship - Properly ordering new supplies to avoid excess surplus or inefficiencies - Staying up to date with latest technology and best inventory practices **Requirements and Qualifications**: - Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field - Product and Inventory Management Certificate would be a plus - 2+ years of experience in Inventory, Distribution or Operations - Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software and Forecasting techniques - An analytical mind with strong attention to detail - Organization skills to manage multiple moving pieces and orders - Reliable and Confidential **Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred)
