Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to join our team and ensure smooth operations at our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records at the warehouse.
  • Regularly update stock data using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Monitor stock movement, receipts, and dispatches to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock requirements and replenishment.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports and highlight discrepancies.
  • Assist in optimizing storage space and improving inventory control processes.
  • Ensure timely tagging, labeling, and organization of products in the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock handling (fashion/apparel industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of women's fashion products will be an added advantage.
