Stock Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
  • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliation and physical stock verification.
  • Maintain proper records of stock using inventory management software or ERP system.

Inward Stock Handling:

  • Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Coordinate with quality control team for inspection and approval of received goods.
  • Tag and store materials appropriately in designated storage locations.

Outward Stock Handling:

  • Prepare materials for dispatch based on production or sales orders.
  • Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of outgoing stock.
  • Maintain records of stock issued to production and stock dispatched to customers.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and updated inward and outward stock registers.
  • Generate inventory reports for management on stock status, discrepancies, and aging.
  • Assist in monthly and annual inventory audits.

Coordination & Compliance:

  • Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics, and finance departments for smooth inventory operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
