**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quotation Management**:○Prepare competitive pricing quotes for import shipments based on client requirements. ○Collaborate with sales teams to understand client expectations and provide tailored pricing solutions.
- **Vendor Coordination**: ○Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, and agents to gather updated freight rates and negotiate competitive pricing. ○Maintain strong relationships with service providers to secure optimal rates.
- Market Analysis: ○Monitor and analyze market trends in the freight forwarding industry to adjust pricing strategies. ○Stay updated on international shipping regulations, tariffs, and currency fluctuations.
- **Data Management: ○**Maintain accurate records of rates, quotations and pricing agreements in the company’s database. ○Ensure timely updates of pricing data to reflect market changes.
- Client Support: ○Respond to client inquiries regarding import pricing and provide support during the negotiation process. ○Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
