**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct initial qualification of leads based on their requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed information about the property/project, including features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits or virtual tours for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for closure.
- Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials for ongoing projects.
- Gather and document customer feedback and market insights for internal analysis.
- Ensure timely response and professional communication with all prospective customers.
**Key Skills and Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and willingness to learn.
**Educational Qualification**:
- Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
