Key Responsibilities:
**Social Media & Content Creation**
- Develop and execute a **winning social media strategy** across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Create **high-quality photo and video content** for marketing campaigns, reels, and product promotions.
- Plan, manage, and optimize **content calendars**, ensuring alignment with brand goals and trends.
- Engage with the audience, track conversations, and drive community building.
- Stay updated with **social media algorithms, trends, and best practices** to maximize brand reach.

**Brand Marketing & Activation**
- Assist in executing **brand campaigns**, digital ads, and on-ground activations.
- Support the planning and execution of **events, sponsorships, and beer tastings** to boost brand engagement.
- Coordinate with **distributors, retailers, and on-premise partners** for promotional activities.

**Market Research & Strategy**
- Conduct research on **consumer behavior, competitor brands, and emerging trends** in the beer & alcohol industry.
- Track marketing campaign performance and generate **monthly reports on key KPIs** (engagement, reach, sales impact, etc.).
- Assist in gathering insights from customer feedback, sales data, and market surveys.

**Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work with **designers, agencies, and content creators** to develop brand materials, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and advertisements.
- Coordinate with the **sales team** to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
- Support PR efforts by maintaining relationships with media, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.

- An expert in **social media management, content strategy, and execution**.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

**1-2 years of experience** in marketing, social media, and content creation (internships count).
- Proficiency in **social media analytics, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting**.
- **Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other video/photo editing tools**.
