A Functional Associate is responsible for helping clients better understand company product and provide regular reports on product performance, issue logs, and their resolution to management. **Essential Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle (preferred, not mandatory)
- General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to explain complex ideas to the clients with limited IT and systems knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills, patience, listening and convincing abilities
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience critical thinking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Desirable Requirements**:

- General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle.
