**Position Overview**:
We are seeking highly motivated Graduate Freshers with backgrounds in Sales, Marketing, and Finance to join our team as Junior Sales and Finance Associates. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales operations and financial analysis within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Assist in managing customer relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting due diligence.
- Collaborate with finance team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop integrated solutions and drive business initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
