Role Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in shaping the
customer experience for our fast-growing D2C kids fashion brand. You will be the
face of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming calls, resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and enhance their
shopping experience
- Provide detailed information about our products and services
- Assist customers with their orders, returns, and any related queries
- Foster a positive and professional relationship with customers, embodying the
brand’s values
Work Schedule:
Full-time (9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday) Alternate Saturday working
