Job Details

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
- Prioritize and resolve tier II support requests.
- Windows server configuration and troubleshooting.
- Manage Virtual Machines throughout their lifecycle.
- Author architectural documentation and change requests in accordance with organizational policies and best practices.
- Research and implement new software solutions.
- Learn and take ownership of existing software solutions.

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years of applicable experience. Additional training and certifications may be required as needed.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure including Domain Controllers, DNS, Group Policy.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Windows server.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Exchange and troubleshooting mail flow.
- Experience in implementing/administering Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Azure.
- Experience with virtualization including VMware vSphere.

Additional Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience managing infrastructure with Powershell.
- Experience with infrastructure as code including Git, Github, and Terraform.
- Experience migrating Exchange on-premises to Exchange online.
- Experience in managing ADFS.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Intune.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) including software packaging, and deployment.
- Experience in managing Citrix app and Desktop virtualization.

Working days/hours: Monday to Friday; Fully working from the office - Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.
