**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and cloud-based environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Manage and optimize network infrastructure, security configurations, and firewalls.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Maintain and improve IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with developers to support deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and system integration.
- Implement and manage backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide technical support to internal teams for system-related issues.
- Document processes, system updates, and troubleshooting steps using Markdown.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **System Administrator** or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Linux and/or Windows server administration.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
- Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef) is a plus.
- Understanding of security best practices, including access controls and system hardening.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Ability to write and maintain clear, concise technical documentation using Markdown.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Desirable (but not essential) Skills**:

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with log monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Familiarity with API documentation and user guides.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
