- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_

**Infrastructure Management**:

- Administer, maintain, and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization environments.
- Ensure the availability, scalability, and efficiency of systems to meet the demands of our audit automation software and client requirements.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard company data, sensitive information, and client confidentiality in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and address potential vulnerabilities or threats.

**System Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance tuning to enhance overall efficiency and reliability.
- Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline routine administrative tasks and improve workflow efficiency.

**Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity**:

- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, backup procedures, and redundancy strategies to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters.
- Perform regular backups, data replication, and recovery testing to minimize downtime and data loss risks.

**Technical Support**:

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot issues, deploy software updates, and perform system maintenance tasks.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) working as a System Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in the software development or BFSI industry.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Proficiency in administering Windows and Linux server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with security best practices, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security incident response.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and clients.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent.
- Experience with audit automation software or solutions tailored for the BFSI sector.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the BFSI industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
