**Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition**
- Identify and acquire new clients through field visits and lead generation.
- Promote financial products such as loans, mutual funds, and insurance.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Understand client financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

**Field Work**
- Conduct regular on-site visits to engage potential clients and explore untapped markets.
- Actively participate in promotional campaigns and networking events.

**Operational Support**
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1+ year in sales (preferably in financial products); freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client interactions.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
