Experience - Deputy Manager (No of positions - 1): Qualifications: Bachelor?s/master?s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 7-8 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the financial services or related industries. Proven experience in media relations, corporate communication, and stakeholder management. Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in developing communication strategies and handling crisis situations. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and clients. Knowledge of financial services industry, regulatory bodies, and media landscape. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience in digital media management and social media engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Communication: Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy aligned with CDSL's goals. Collaborate with senior management to craft corporate messages and media plans that enhance the company's reputation. 2. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers. Monitor media coverage and handle any crisis communication to safeguard the company's image. 3. Content Creation and Management: Draft press releases, speeches, articles, and other communications materials for CDSL?s top management. Manage and oversee content for CDSL?s website and internal communication channels. 4. Event Management: Plan and execute corporate events, press conferences, and public engagements, ensuring a consistent and positive public image for CDSL. Coordinate with internal teams for promotional activities and campaigns. 5. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and clients to ensure transparent and effective communication. Maintain regular updates to investors and stakeholders through newsletters, reports, and other communication mediums. 6. Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly track and analyse public perception through media monitoring and prepare reports on PR efforts and outcomes. Provide insights and feedback to improve communication strategies and PR campaigns. Current CTC and Expected CTC to be mentioned clearly
