**Deputy Manger - Corporate Communications**
- Mumbai- Graduate/ Postgraduate- Under 35 years**Experience - Deputy Manager (No of positions - 1)**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor?s/master?s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the financial services or related industries.
- Proven experience in media relations, corporate communication, and stakeholder management.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in developing communication strategies and handling crisis situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and clients.
- Knowledge of financial services industry, regulatory bodies, and media landscape.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in digital media management and social media engagement strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Communication**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy aligned with CDSL's goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to craft corporate messages and media plans that enhance the company's reputation.
**2. Media Relations**:
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and handle any crisis communication to safeguard the company's image.
**3. Content Creation and Management**:
- Draft press releases, speeches, articles, and other communications materials for CDSL?s top management.
- Manage and oversee content for CDSL?s website and internal communication channels.
**4. Event Management**:
- Plan and execute corporate events, press conferences, and public engagements, ensuring a consistent and positive public image for CDSL.
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
**5. Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and clients to ensure transparent and effective communication.
- Maintain regular updates to investors and stakeholders through newsletters, reports, and other communication mediums.
**6. Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Regularly track and analyse public perception through media monitoring and prepare reports on PR efforts and outcomes.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve communication strategies and PR campaigns. Current CTC and Expected CTC to be mentioned clearly
