You are familiar with various digital communications platforms and social media management.

You have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across levels in the organization.

You are detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and project management skills.

You thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What you will do?

Play a key role in forming & executing communication strategies for SoCheers in the media & also formulating goals, budgets, and tactics. Also, collaborate with senior leadership to ensure consistent messaging across internal and external platforms.

Craft and execute a robust media relations strategy for high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media. Also, help develop and maintain relationships with the media fraternity & keep a tab on industry stories, media movements, etc.

Effectively manage media inquiries and interview requests and ensure accurate responses within a given timeframe.

Ensure that all PR activities are strategically coordinated to maximise brand exposure through online and offline channels.

Create compelling content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.

Monitor, analyse, and communicate PR results quarterly with the internal team, and provide insights into communication strategies.

Evaluate and actively pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising of SoCheers.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with industry thought leaders to elevate brand credibility and foster industry-wide awareness.

Maintain a sharp awareness of industry trends affecting clients and provide strategic recommendations for adapting communication strategies accordingly.

Facilitate effective communication within the organization, to ensure that all the team members are well-informed about the organizational goals.

Monitor industry trends and competitor communications to stay ahead of market developments.

Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure cohesive communication strategies.

Provide communication support for other organizational projects and initiatives.
