Introduction:
This is a role for program to drive efficiency and capacity creation within our software development process. Test transformation is one of the chapter as part of this program. This role is for Manager Test Transformation

What will you be doing?
- Current state assessment of testing practices
- Run regular cadence with testing lead /representative of 4-5 functional area within Corporate Tech
- Define Roadmap for Test transformation along with Transaction Leads
- Ensure progress is being tracked and measured on a regular basis
- Implement agile practices as part of running the chapter
- Drive material changes in the way testing is done in the organization
- Provide strong technical support to TC testing team including Test tool, standardization, Test Data, Test Environment, Test Reporting, CI/CD pipeline integration
- Identify and lead training and upskilling needs related to testing
- Track the Test Transformation objectives metrics and its improvements
- Status reporting for Test Transformation progress to leadership
- Collate assets for Testing and ensure reuse of the assets

What we’re looking for:

- Should be well Versed with Testing Processes and should have worked on Testing Transformation
- Should have capabilities to define the metrics and measure for the Testing
- Should have good communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Very good at Stakeholder management

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Must have done hands-on on testing (both Functional and automation) for significant part of your career
- Leading Test Transformation Initiatives or made significant contribution to similar test transformation initiatives
- Should be well versed with Testing Measure and Metrics
- Demonstrate thought leadership and proactiveness in getting things done
- Attention to details ,identify the real root causes that causes inefficiencies and ability to communicate in a clear structured manner
- Testing experience in financial service industry
- Knowledge on DevOps Pipeline implementation
