We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented **Influencer Marketing Executive** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of impactful influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals and values. **Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that meet brand objectives, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
- **Relationship Building**: Identify, reach out, and build relationships with influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), negotiating partnerships to ensure strong ROI.
- **Content Coordination**: Collaborate with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals. Provide feedback and guide influencers on creative direction.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using data to provide insights and optimize future strategies.
- **Budget Management**: Plan and manage campaign budgets, ensuring maximum ROI while adhering to cost efficiency.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, social media platform changes, and competitor activity to refine our approach and maintain relevance.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems. Proficiency in analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for negotiating, coordinating, and reporting.
- **Creativity & Attention to Detail**: Ability to develop innovative campaigns and ensure high standards in influencer content.
- **Results-Oriented**: Data-driven with an ability to track KPIs and use insights for continuous improvement.
- **Flexibility**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
