**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)**:

- Logging & Discovery of social media creators to identify potential influencers for collaboration.
- Engage with consumers to gather feedback on products and services.
- Reaching out to suitable creators, promoters, and negotiating and signing contracts with them.
- Planning monthly campaigns, communication strategies, and budget allocation for influencer marketing.
- Managing the execution of influencer campaigns and ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Creating reports to track brand growth, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Conducting market research to identify market gaps and gain a better understanding of consumer preferences and trends.
- Establishing and maintaining healthy and professional relationships with influencers.
- Coordinating with different teams across the organization for successful campaign implementation and operational efficiency.

**Required Skills**:

- Relevant Experience in influencer discovery and onboarding processes.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms with influencers.
- Ability to manage PR and influencer relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets and Google Docs for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in campaign planning and budget management (soft skill).
- Familiarity with social media marketing metrics (good to have).
- Basic visual design and copywriting skills are advantageous.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
