**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Influencer and Celebrity Collaboration**:
- Identify and research potential influencers, celebrities, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand values and aesthetics.
- Assist in reaching out to influencers and celebrities to propose collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines.
**2. PR Activities**:
- Assist in developing and executing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and bloggers.
**3. Content Creation and Campaign Management**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas for influencer campaigns.
- Assist in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including setting campaign goals, tracking performance, and reporting on outcomes.
- Ensure all content created by influencers aligns with the brand voice and image.
**4. Social Media Engagement**:
- Monitor social media platforms to identify trends and opportunities for influencer engagement.
- Engage with influencer-generated content by liking, commenting, and sharing to enhance brand presence.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the impact of influencer collaborations.
**5. Event Support**:
- Assist in planning and organizing brand events, influencer meet-ups, and PR activities.
- Coordinate event logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong interest in fashion, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience or internships in influencer marketing, social media, or PR is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics.
Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
