**Job Title: Influencer Marketing SpecialistResponsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms.
2. Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, including but not limited to bloggers, vloggers, social media personalities, and industry experts.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketinginitiatives with overall marketing objectives and product launches.
4. Negotiate partnerships and contracts with influencers, ensuring mutual benefitand adherence to brand guidelines.
5. Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from conception toexecution, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
6. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to measure effectiveness and optimizefuture strategies for maximum impact.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing,incorporating new ideas and technologies into campaigns.
8. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on influencermarketing investments.
9. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer marketing effortswith other marketing channels and initiatives.
10. Provide regular reports and updates on influencer marketing campaigns to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience (2-3 years) in influencer marketing, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology industry.
3. Strong network of influencers and industry contacts, with the ability to identify and engage with relevant personalities.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to leverage influencer partnerships.
6. Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools/software.
7. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and market dynamics.
10. Passion for consumer electronics and a genuine interest in staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
