As an Influencer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers to support our company's marketing and branding efforts. You will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across various social media platforms. Your goal will be to leverage these relationships to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately, contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and research relevant influencers in our industry or target market.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including agreements, compensation, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our brand objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure they understand our brand values, messaging, and campaign requirements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, making recommendations for improvements and innovation.
- Continuously build and maintain a network of influencers, fostering long-term relationships for future collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an influencer relationship manager or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative influencer marketing approaches.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms for influencer research, outreach, and campaign tracking.

**Additional Information**
- This is a full-time position based at our company headquarters.
- Travel may be required occasionally for meetings or events.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
