**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Cleaning & Maintenance**:
- Maintain cleanliness of office spaces including workstations, common areas, washrooms, and meeting rooms.
- Ensure office supplies and materials are stocked, and maintain hygiene standards.
- **Tea/Coffee Serving**:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and guests as needed.
- **Support for Staff**:
- Assist in carrying documents and office materials between departments or to meetings.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for conferences, meetings, and other events.
- **Mail & Package Handling**:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in outgoing couriers.
- **General Assistance**:
- Help with photocopying, filing, and other basic administrative tasks.
- Assist with errands outside the office when required.
- **Maintain Office Supplies**:
- Ensure office supplies like stationery, water, and refreshments are well stocked and available.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum of Secondary Education
- **Experience**: Previous experience as an office boy, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- **Communication**: Basic communication skills in English, and fluent in Hindi. Can read and write in basic English.
**Additional**:
**Having his own bike to carry out outdoor works.**
**Working Hours**:
[Monday to Saturday - 9 hours
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
