
Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Courier Management**:
- Receive incoming couriers, record and distribute them to the concerned departments.
- Handle dispatch of outgoing documents or packages as needed.
- **Packing and Dispatch**:
- Pack products or materials safely and accurately for shipping.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for courier pickup.
- **Stock and Inventory Management**:
- Maintain stock of office supplies and consumables.
- Assist in organizing and restocking items in the storeroom or inventory area.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report shortages.
- **Office Support**:
- Keep office premises clean and organized.
- Serve beverages (tea/coffee/water) to staff and visitors as required.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Run office errands and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum High School education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of handling couriers and packaging materials.
- Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.
- Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
