Job Eligibility
- HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in Sales in Residential (Real estate work Background Preferred)
- SSC with minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales (Real estate work Background and Pan Card Club Road location(Baner) Preferred)

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties and services
- Prospecting and Finding a qualified Customer
- Schedule appointments for clients to visit properties and coordinate with the sales team
- Keep accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients in the CRM system
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pre Sales Executive in the real estate industry for at least 6 months to 1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
