**Tele Callers | Pre-Sales Executives**:

The incumbents shall be proficient in tele-calling and business development. Should have worked in a fast paced environment, preferably with real estate channel partners or have managed channel partners for developers or real estate organizations.

**Responsibilities:

Tele Calling on Dialer and generating Leads

Maintaining Client database generated through promotional activities

Convincing prospective clients for a site visit

Sending details of properties to the client

Arranging site visit and showing properties

Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property

Determining clients' needs and financial abilities

Informing clients about market conditions, prices, legal requirements

Experience in customer support is a plus

Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi

Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation skills
