**Overview**

As a Tele caller, you will play a crucial role in the organization's sales and customer service efforts. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, gather information, and address inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Initiate sales calls to potential customers
- Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate new business
- Provide information about products or services over the phone
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions
- Obtain and document customer feedback
- Set appointments for sales representatives
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Conduct customer surveys to gather information and feedback
- Update customer databases
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure goals are met
- Handle potential leads by thoroughly understanding their requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Tele caller or relevant customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally
- Strong sales skills and ability to close deals
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Persistent and result-oriented approach
- Good understanding of telemarketing and negotiation techniques
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
