**Job Description: Tele caller - Sales Department**

**Position**: Tele caller (Sales Department)
**Reporting To**: Sales Head
**Experience Required**: 1-2 years in tele calling, preferably in the real estate industry
**Salary**: ₹2.5 LPA - ₹3 LPA (Negotiable based on interview performance)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about the company's real estate projects, addressing client queries effectively.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ongoing and upcoming projects to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Generate leads through tele calling and nurture them to close deals in coordination with the sales team.
- Record client interactions and maintain an updated database for follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Sales Head and team to achieve sales goals.
- Provide feedback on client concerns and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of tele calling experience in the real estate industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in [specify languages if required].
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
- **Personality**: Energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented individual.
Pay: ₹8,627.83 - ₹25,000.00 per month
