We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Tele Caller Executive to join our team. As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and assisting with inquiries. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships, promote products/services, and convert leads into sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote and sell products/services to clients over the phone.
- Provide information to clients regarding company offerings and resolve inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that match their requirements.
- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in CRM software.
- Meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on leads and manage ongoing customer relationships.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company during calls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
