**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female tele caller to join our team. The tele caller will play a crucial role in connecting with our clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with our lactation experts.

**Responsibilities**:
Contact prospective and existing clients via phone to provide information about our services and answer any inquiries they may have.

Listen attentively to clients' concerns and questions, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the conversation.

Maintain a detailed record of client interactions and any specific requirements or preferences.

Collaborate closely with lactation experts and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service, making clients feel comfortable and confident in their decision to choose our services.

**Qualifications: Graduate**

Proven experience in tele calling or customer service roles is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, FLUENT IN ENGLISH, with a clear and empathetic phone manner.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Empathetic, patient, and supportive demeanor.
