**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to convert into business opportunities.
- Maintain call records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Meet calling targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Tele Caller/Customer Support/Inside Sales Executive.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
