**Job Summary**:
**Experience**:Freshers, 0.6 months-to-1 Years’, relevant experience in **Customer Care** profile, **Sales Support**, **Tele-Calling **for **Electronic Products & Components **or any similar role.

**Salary Range**:
**₹2,22,821/**- to **₹2,68,616/- CTC** Per Annum. (**₹14,000** to **₹17,000** **In-Hand Salary** Per Month) + P.F + ESIC + Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefit provided by the company.

**Educational Qualification**:
**ITI/Diploma/B.E in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications (E&TC)**, **Mechatronics**, OR **Any** **Graduate’s/12th Passed** with relevant experience into **Tele-Calling, Customer Care** or any similar role.

**Required Key Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a **Tele-Caller** or a similar profile/role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers/clients.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Familiarity with **CRM Software** and sales tools will be a plus.
- Proficiency in English and any additional regional languages would be advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components or technical products would be preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field would be an added advantage.

**Responsibilities**:
The major job responsibilities of the **Tele-Caller/Tele-Calling Executive **will be:

- Contacting existing **Robu-B2B Customer’s** via phone to promote **Robu’s** **B2B Segments** **& Benefits**.
- Introducing and explain the advantages of **Bulk Discounts**, **Dedicated Account Managers**, and other **Value-Added Services**.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the **CRM System**.
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets as set by the **Sales Manager**.
- Collaborate with the **Sale’s Team** to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide feed-backs and suggestions to improve Sales processes and Customer experience.
