**Job Summary**:
We are building a High-Performance **Sales/Electronics Sales** here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for **Tele-Caller Executive** to join our team. Please note this position is only suitable for at-least **0 -1 years** of experience into a **sales Profile** role.

**Experience**:
**Fresher or** **0 to 1 Years**, people having relevant experience as **Out-bound Sales/Sales Support**/**Tele-Sales**or **Inside-Sale’s** executive/associate for **Electronic Products & Components**.

**Salary Range**:
Annual Fixed CTC varies between Rs.2,22,821/- to Rs.3,00,343/- **(₹14,000 to ₹20,000 In-hand Per Month).**

**Sales Incentives**:Rs.6,000 to Rs.10,000/**-**per month based on Target Conversions/Achievements.

**Educational Qualification**: Any **freshers**/Any **Graduates, ITI/Diploma/B. E -Electronics**, **Electronics & Telecommunications (E&TC)**, **Mechatronics**, or anyone with relevant experience into **Tele-Sales/Out-bound/Inside Sales** will be preferred.

**Required Key Skills**:

- Fluent verbal & written English communication is compulsory.
- Microsoft Excel & Basic computer knowledge.
- Relevant Experience as a **Out-bound Sales, Sales Support**, **Tele-Sales**or **Inside-Sale’s**for **Electronic Products & Components**.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
The main job role & responsibilities of the **Tele-Caller Executives**will be:

- Daily calling the Customers from the **Non-Performing Accounts (NPA’s)** and understanding the reasons behind low or no business.
- Resolving issues related to Services/Pricing of products required by customers, by coordinating with the **Sales Executive’s**.
- Researching the web for the competitor’s products and doing a comparative study to help assist the Customers better.
- Properly understanding the electronic technicalities and functions.
- Mailing of the shipping details and invoices to the customers.
