**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Job Location: Aundh, Pune**

**1) Lead Management**
- Efficiently manage incoming leads from various channels such as website inquiries, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Maintain a centralized database of leads, in Zoho CRM ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prioritize leads based on initial communication.

**2) Parent Communication**
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with parents who have expressed interest in enrolling their children.
- Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about the academy's programs, curriculum, and facilities.

**3) Scheduling Trial Class**
- The potential to join and follow up promptly to schedule trial classes. Reach out to the leads via message or call to understand their requirement, communicate about your academy, and finally book the trial.
- Follow up with the parent and schedule a trial on an agreed date. Communicate trial class details to the instructors and operations team.
- Update CRM with trial class details.

**4) Trial Class Feedback Collection**
- Gather feedback from the instructor about trial classes to share feedback with the parent understand their experience and address any concerns or preferences.
- Document feedback in CRM systematically for future reference and improvement of trial class experiences.

**5) Follow-Up Strategy**
- Implement a structured follow-up strategy to nurture leads and encourage them to attend trial classes and follow up to join after the trial class.

**6) Initial Enrollment Process**
- Explain the offers, rules and regulations and providing assistance with payment procedure.
- Ensure a smooth transition from trial class to enrollment, addressing any questions or obstacles along the way.

**7) Relationship Building**
- Build strong relationships with parents and students by demonstrating genuine interest and empathy.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere, reflecting the values and ethos of the dance academy.

**8) Sales Reporting and Analysis**
- Generate regular reports on lead generation, trial class attendance, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.

**9) Collaboration with Marketing**
- Attend meetings between Marketing and operations team to provide feedback and understand the marketing strategies.

**10) Continuous Learning and Development**
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities related to sales and customer acquisition.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to excel in the role.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
