We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Sales & Marketing Executive** to promote our **clinic management software**. This role involves direct sales, client engagement, and field marketing activities targeted towards doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote our clinic management software to clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers
- Generate leads through field visits, calling, referrals, and online platforms
- Conduct product demos and presentations (in-person and virtual)
- Understand client requirements and align software features accordingly
- Close deals and onboard new clients
- Provide after-sales support and build strong client relationships
- Maintain sales records and update CRM tools regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and product strategy
- Participate in healthcare exhibitions, CMEs, and networking events

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing (preferably in SaaS, healthcare, software, or B2B sales)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings in and around Pune
- Good understanding of sales cycles and customer journey
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
