**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor tenders on the GEM portal and other government e-procurement websites.
- Identify relevant tenders, EOI, and RFPs that align with the company's services or products.
- Handle online bidding activities including documentation, costing, compliance checks, and uploading.
- Prepare and maintain pre-qualification documents, technical and financial bids as per tender requirements.
- **Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, technical, finance) for document preparation.**:

- Track bid status and ensure timely submission and follow-up.
- Handle post-tender activities such as clarifications, negotiations, and award follow-ups.
- Maintain records of submitted bids, outcomes, and feedback for future reference.
- Stay updated with **GEM portal updates, government procurement rules,**and policy changes.
- Build rapport with government officials and procurement departments as needed.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of GEM portal and e-tendering platforms
- Excellent documentation and compliance skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
